We will follow up the 2019 Conference with 6 Training Circles in which we can repeat and practice ideas and methods presented during the conference.
The 3 first sessions are focussing on Conflict in Decentralised Organisations. We will look at the Conflict Pattern Language developed by Sofia Bustamante.
